1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Klips ("we," "us," or "our") at useklips.com and app.useklips.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Klips is a social media analytics platform that allows users to monitor publicly available data from Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) accounts. The Service tracks metrics including follower counts, view counts, engagement rates, and viral scores, and provides dashboards, reports, and data export tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@useklips.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is billed at $10 per month per tracked account (or $7/mo per account with annual billing). All fees are charged in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or access the Service through automated means beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the data obtained through the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, and Klips branding — are owned by Klips and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Third-Party Platforms

The Service displays publicly available data from third-party social media platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data. Platform API changes, rate limits, or policy updates may affect data collection.

You acknowledge that your use of data obtained through the Service must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@useklips.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
